About Joy: Joy is married to Dick Mulbrook. They have been married for 48 years. They have 4 children Rich, Angela, Tina & Tricia. They have 8 Grandchildren. They farm NE of Newton.

Experience: Joy has been a Realtor for 23 years. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them with their Real Estate needs. Some she considers best friends. She is active in the Multiple Listing Service Organization. She is Secretary of the association and on 4 committees this year. Last year she was co-chair of Equal Opportunity committee and they won state wide recognition for work on Fair Housing. Highest award for state. She enjoyed making up the calendar that we received an award for. I have been on various committees over the years. She has also been Chair and Co-Chair of Farmers Ag committee for the Chamber of Commerce and member of the committee for 6 years. She has been to many Iowa Association of Realtor meetings and received a certificate from Honor Society. Participated in CRS round table discussions and has also been to some National Association
meetings.

Interests: Joy loves the farm life, her horses, her German Shepard dog, combining corn or beans and growing flowers. They recently had to nurse a goat who’s mother did not accept. She likes riding her 4-wheeler around and viewing all the nature that abound there. She enjoys reading a good book, her paintings, such as birds, landscapes, horses, flower etc. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching games and also viewing Iowa and Iowa State basketball and football. She also enjoys baking bread, rolls and pies for her family and friends.
