About Jo:
Jo has been a REALTOR since 1987 and the broker
since 1995.
Family keeps Jo’s life on balance. Married 27 years,
husband John is a teacher and coach in the Newton
Community School District. They cherish their time
together with their three sons, Jason, Jake and
James. Enjoying the outdoors, traveling, movie
going, or just hanging out together for dinner on a

pleasures they know.

members. She is
currently Chair of the National Association of
REALTORS Small Board Forum.
Jo is dedicated for helping others find the
“American Dream” of homeownership. Believing
strongly in REALTOR education, Jo has earned her ABR
designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative(, GRI
(Graduate of the
REALTOR Institute), CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist), and the only Newton REALTOR to have her
CRB (Certified Residential Broker).
