INITIAL COST TO GET
STARTED:
The Pre-license course is $400-$500. The Iowa Real
Estate Exam is $92 and joining the Newton Board of
Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors & National
Association of Realtors will be around $740
TRAINING AFTER
LICENSING:
At Prudential First Realty we feel that extensive
training is essential to your success as a sales
associate and you will excel from our two part
training program:
The
Prudential First Realty Training Program gives a
newly licensed Sales Associate the ability to
rapidly accelerate to a “fully proactive
Associate”. The total program uses a combination
of approaches, with continuous reinforcement
both in the field and in the classroom, to build
the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for
developing a successful sales career in real
estate.
The second part of
our training is called the Prudential First
Realty Training Program. The objective of the
MBA program is to provide Sales Associates a
structured educational and motivational
environment and to provide the tools and
training to get them to the next production
level. Sales Associates must meet the required
criteria to participate in this course.
